Shiraz (Persepolis and Naqsh-e-Rostam)

H/D excursion to Persepolis and Naqsh-e-Rostam. Drive back to Shiraz.

Afternoon; CSS of Shiraz including Eram Garden, Tomb of Hafez, Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque, Narenjestan Museum and Vakil Bazaar.

Shiraz – Isfahan

Drive to Isfahan; en route pay a visit to Passargadae (Palaces & Tomb of Cyrus the Great), visiting the ruins of a Sassanian town in the village of Izad-Khast. Arrive to Isfahan and overnight.

Isfahan

Full day CSS of Isfahan, visiting Khajou & Sio-Se-Pol bridges, Vank Cathedral, Chehel-Sotun Palace. Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Isfahan named “Shahrzad”. Afternoon visit to Friday Mosque of Isfahan (which is indeed a collection of Persian architecture from 10^th century up to present), Ali’s Minaret & Mosque and Hasht-Behesht Palace (Palace of 8 Paradises). Overnight.

Isfahan

F/D CSS of Isfahan, visiting Naqsh-e-Jahan square including Imam Mosque, Ali-Qapu Palace, Sheikh-Lotfollah Mosque and the Old Town Bazaar. Overnight.

Isfahan – Ardestan – Na’in – Yazd

Drive to Yazd, en route visiting Friday Mosque of Ardestan and Friday Mosque of Na’in. Pay a visit to the village of “Mohammadieh” which is famous for Cloak weaving. Arrive to Yazd and overnight.     

Yazd

F/D CSS of Yazd, including the Tower of Silence, Friday Mosque of Yazd, sightseeing tour of an old district of Yazd, Zoroastrian Fire Temple, Dowlat-Abad Garden and wind tower and Mir-Chakhmaq complex. Overnight.

Yazd – Kerman

Drive to Kerman, en route visiting a 17^th century Caravanserai called “Zeinoddin”. Arrive to Kerman. CSS of Kerman including Ganj-Ali-Khan complex (Bathhouse, Bazaar, Caravanserai and theological school), Friday Mosque of Kerman (13^th century) and Jabalieh Dome. Overnight.

Kerman – Mahan – Bam – Mahan – Kerman

Drive to Bam, en route visit to the Mausoleum of Shah-Ne’matollah Vali. Arrive to Bam, sightseeing tour of the Citadel of Bam. En route back to Kerman, pay a visit to the Prince Garden, near Mahan. Overnight.

Kerman – Tehran

Morning excursion to the city of Shah-dad, visiting the edge of the Kevir of Lut (one of the main deserts of Iran). Night Flight to Tehran. Transfer to Hotel and overnight.
